These terms govern the use of the Carstodo Transfers & Tours website and services. By making a booking, you accept these terms in full.
Carstodo Transfers & Tours offers private transfer services with driver, guided tours, and excursions in Tunisia. Customers book services through our team via the website or by phone.
Bookings are confirmed after validation by our team. Payment may be made online via Konnect or in cash directly to the driver. Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing all details.
Any cancellation must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to be free of charge. Beyond that, fees may apply. If Carstodo cancels due to force majeure, a full refund will be issued.
Our drivers wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup (60 minutes for airport pickups, with live flight tracking). Beyond that, the transfer is considered completed and the customer remains liable for the amount. Trips may be affected by conditions beyond our control (traffic, weather).
Carstodo is committed to providing a safe and professional service. Our vehicles are insured in accordance with Tunisian law. We cannot be held liable for indirect damages (flight delay, loss of business, etc.).
The customer is responsible for their luggage. Valuables must be kept on their person. Disrespectful behavior towards the driver or any prohibited consumption inside the vehicle may result in service interruption without refund.

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. In case of dispute, the courts of Tunis shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
