Your data is used to: process and confirm your booking, communicate with you before and during your transfer, assign a driver and vehicle, send you confirmations by email and WhatsApp, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.
We never sell your data. It is shared only with: the driver assigned to your transfer (name, phone, trip details), our payment provider (Konnect) for online transactions, and the competent authorities when required by law.
Your booking data is retained for 5 years for accounting and legal purposes, in accordance with Tunisian law. You may request its deletion at any time.
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration: SSL encryption, restricted access, regular backups.
